Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga
At Air & Asanas, our Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Class offers a
dynamic integration of strength, flexibility, and stamina.
This rigorous form of yoga combines synchronized breathing with
a progressive series of postures—a method that heats the body
and encourages the purification of the nervous system and the
elimination of toxins.
Perfect for those looking to enhance their fitness regimen, this
class promotes cardiovascular health and mental focus,
contributing to improved overall well-being.
Embrace the journey of personal growth and harmony in a
supportive environment where each breath and movement brings you
closer to your inner self.
Aerial Yoga
Suspended in the air, wrapped in soft, supportive hammocks, you
will explore deep flexibility exercises and conditioning
routines.
The hammock acts as a versatile prop to deepen stretches and
safely guide you into both familiar and novel yoga poses that
might seem challenging on the mat.
As your muscles warm up and your mind calms, we smoothly
transition to the heart of aerial yoga.
The adventure intensifies as we incorporate acrobatic routines
and tricks using the fabric.
These elements are not only fun but also incredibly empowering.
They are designed to boost your core strength, improve your
coordination, and increase your overall agility.
Aerial Silks
Aerial silks offer a unique blend of dance and acrobatics
performed mid-air.
As you climb the silks, you will learn to spin, wrap, and invert
your body in ways that challenge gravity.
Our curriculum is designed to improve your flexibility,
strength, and control, allowing you to execute breathtaking
sequences that flow seamlessly in the air.
Whether you’re spiraling down with elegance or striking dramatic
poses suspended above the ground, aerial silks provide an
exhilarating outlet for creative expression and physical
endurance.
At Air & Asanas, we believe aerial silks are not just an
exercise but an empowering art form that lifts the body and
spirit.
Whether you're looking to improve your physical health, express
your creativity, or simply try something new and exciting, our
aerial silks classes offer something for everyone.
Come, hang with us, and experience the joy of flying!

as backbending, hip opening, arm balancing, and inversions.
Engage with fluid movements that seamlessly transition from one
pose to another, synchronized with your breath.
This practice is perfect for those looking to enhance their body
awareness and boost their overall stamina.
Restorative Yoga
In the tranquil ambiance of our studio, we guide you through
gentle mobility flows that gracefully open and stretch your
body, preparing you for deeper introspective practice.
Our Restorative Yoga Classes are a sanctuary where you can

practice that has been a cornerstone of her life ever since. Her

movement and expression, Niyoshi ventured beyond the mat to
explore the dynamic and exhilarating world of Aerial Arts.
Specializing in aerial yoga, she brings a unique blend of
grounded practice and aerial fluidity to her teachings. Her
